THE BEST customer service I have ever seen from a hotel. Absolutely above and beyond. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Shuttle service was top notch. After miserable weather on the mountain, power outages and 7-hour delayed trains, the only part of the trip that actually worked was the service at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. I will try to stay here again if I am ever back in Whitefish.
Great location. Slight short staffed but all the people were friendly and helpful. Love the shuttle buses to the ski slopes and also to airport. Decent restaurant and nice coffee bar.
Great mountain atmosphere, awesome food and VERY kind staff. The entertainment in the rooms just needs to be updated. The TV’s are outdated and I recommend they offer something else aside from Direct TV. There is no ability to stream to the TV’s or use streaming services. Aside from that, The Lodge is the best place to stay in Whitefish for families and has very nice pools/saunas.
This review is just for the spa! We had wonderful massages with Andrea and Chaz. We used the lakefront sauna before our treatments and it was such a cool experience. I love bringing family here when they visit! Always top notch service in the lodge and the spa.
We could have not been happier with our stay at the Lodge. The winter scenery was fabulous! Our room was cozy with it's fireplace/sitting area, comfy bed and nice amenities in the ensuite. All the staff we encountered greeted us with smiles and a true "at your service" vibe. The Boathouse had great calamari and crispy bacon at breakfast! The location was convenient to all we wanted to do and see. Bonus - the holiday decorations were beautiful and festive.
What a fantastic getaway! Lots to do without ever needing to leave The Lodge. Absolutely loved the spa as all their masseuses were very experienced, sensitive, and relaxing. All the food was delicious and had more variety than expected! I’d highly recommend this place for a vacation getaway and I’ll definitely be back!
We stay at least once a year and have had great service and clean rooms each time. We had a large birthday celebration in the restaurant and it went great! Pool remodel is fun! New Year’s Eve is a great time to stay!
Just wrapped up a stay at the beautiful Lodge at Whitefish Lake. The hotel and rooms are lovely and cozy. The service is top notch. The food and drinks in the hotel restaurant/bar were delicious. The shuttle service, s'mores by the fire, and daily happy hour champagne with huckleberry syrup were such nice added touches. Highly recommend!
